On one of those nice days last week, I took a ride just to see what I might see and I came across the Trustees property Greenwood Farm in Ipswich. I decided to check it out and it’s a delightful hidden treasure for those wanted to take a manageable walk in nature.
There’s a nice walking trail though it was a little muddy and slippery that day, so wear appropriate footgear. The Paine House sits proudly by the trail, along with other surprises for your eyes and ears. It’s a large property and I only explored a very small corner of it. I would like to go back in the spring and perhaps the fall for the foliage. If you are looking for a quick escape into nature and serenity, I suggest you give Greenwood Farm a try.

I love that you are still finding new adventures and places to go in Gloucester and the surrounding area!

Looks like a great place to check out, but was sad not to find directions on how to get there, if there was ample parking, and if there is a fee or free.

There is a link in the post to assist with directions but here it is again: https://thetrustees.org/place/greenwood-farm/
And I should have mentioned there is limited free parking though I believe that’s in the link as well. Thanks for commenting! Enjoy.
