great weather shots one can smell the storm coming. BTW when did Crane’s beach become Crane beach? Being someone who grew up in Gloucester in the 50’s & 60’s just wondering. Pat I always enjoy the photos you share. Thanks

Crane Beach was obtained by the Trustees as a result of Richard T. Crane Jr.’s death in 1945. At least most of it became Trustee property at that time.
