I shopped there as a child for my mom–bread, cigarettes, etc.! And later I shopped for Twinkies and Kool-Aid with my own money, lol! And many years later, I shopped for groceries— and my sons spent their own money there when getting off the bus from school! Now, many more years later, I am going to be going home to visit the Neck for a few weeks this summer and was hoping to stock up on groceries within walking distance. I was so sad to hear the Last Stop had closed! Relieved to hear it is open again. Do they sell groceries still?
