Construction crews will contend with tides as they did last year.

Best wishes for this effort…

I have friends who work construction and engineering from active duty days.. The shifting ground and washout can be very bad on this. We see this a lot during the big typhoons and heavy rains water will find it way around, underneath, or over if there are any cracks or holes topside the water will get in and cause serious damage also sinkholes, path least resistance!

Getting it in and set is key best of luck for this effort. Dave.
