Sam Nigro Oar for Tonno Gloucester Men’s Room to Replace Stolen Print

Eric Schwartz submits-

12/27/2018 – A few weeks ago the super talented Gloucester, MA artist Sam Nigro asked me if I happened to have a digital picture I could text him of the print Chef Anthony Caturano, of Tonno Gloucester, had stolen out of the men’s room in 10/2018. Oddly enough I did as Cm Schwartz couldn’t go into the men’s room so I took a pic to show her. Sam’s canvas normally is an antique oar. Sam texted me as he was about half way through painting the work you see in this post & he asked me if I would present it to Anthony. I said, “Sure, I’ll go with you.” Sam said, “Thanks, but I prefer you present it to him without me. That’s what I would like.” So, I didn’t argue and fulfilled Sam’s wish yesterday. Last night was the big night as Anthony was at Tonno Gloucester. I was honored Sam asked me to do his dirty work & hopefully all men reading this post that frequent Tonno Gloucester will see the finished work on the men’s room wall soon … (Learn more about Sam & view his work at www.glostoar.com) | #GloucesterMA #Art #Artist #Painting #Oar #Glostoar #Gift #BluefinTuna
