Thanks Kathy, It’s a potluck BBQ so whatever you think goes with potluck BBQ. I’ve got a couple of roasts, Craig Kimberley is doing pork, Pat Dalpiaz is making jalapeno cornbread, Kate is making slaw, and Ralph DiGiorgio is making something I can’t reveal just yet but it’s going to be outrageous.
