Breast side down for the first hour. Two charcoal baskets full and pushed to the back of the kettle.
After one hour flip the bird and add about ten coals to each charcoal basket. Pull the bird off at 165 internal temp probed in the thickest part of the thigh.
Sister-In Law Erin’s charcuterie tray was ridiculous.

Rockport Art Association & Museum presents
Olga Gernovski One-Artist Show –
November 24 – December 6, 2018
Opening Reception: Saturday, November 24th, 2 – 4 PM
Color Transitions – An exhibition of oil paintings by artist Olga Gernovski will open in the Marguerite Pearson Room of the Rockport Art Association & Museum (RAA&M) on Saturday, November 24th with an artist’s reception from 2 – 4 PM. The exhibition will be on view Saturday, November 24 – Thursday, December 6.
Olga’s paintings show the celebration of sunlight through the leaves, through the flowers, and the inspiration of what nature is generously giving us every day. This exhibition represents fall, Olga’s favorite time of year – the most colorful season, and opens Thanksgiving weekend when people are grateful for many things in life.
“I wish for the people looking at my paintings to feel the acuteness of a red blossom, transparency of glass, rushing forces of nature and the thrill of human emotions. At those moments, lines flow as music and every artwork is a confession.”
