A good movie is Continental Divide. (1981)
It starred Blair Brown as an ornithologist studying eagles in the Rockies.
God was she cute.

As an unrelated event, on 3/4/17 I saw from a distance of 10-20 yards what was probably a juvenile eagle that has made a winter home in the stage fort/muscle point area of the harbor so I’m guessing there will be a influx over the next few years.
