Rockport Rockport Illumination Fund Plea
Letter to the Editor:
We are a small but mighty group but we need your help. We love how much the town has embraced “Illumination Weekend”. This year’s show is August 13, at 9:15. This year we are trying to have even more lanterns put out around town to make the town even more festive. Maybe we’ll even break a record! We will be having children’s activities at Firehouse trust, sponsored by a Mass Cultural Grant and Institution for Savings. Families will be able to come and paint their own lantern to hang. We need help keeping the show as big as it is. Every little bit helps. If you are interested in helping please send at tax-deductible check to: Rockport Illumination Fund Inc. c/o Susan Collins, 16-b South Street, Rockport MA or you can buy a $50 raffle tickets to try and win a Ken Knowles painting.
