Oh WOW ! What a great Idea. I hope I can make it. “The Boys in the Boat” is a terrific story. That photograph on the cover shows the US University of Washington eight
winning by a hair at Berlin in 1936 against all odds including the organizers giving them a lane with a headwind that the German and Italian crews were protected from for most of the race. Hitler and Himmler and Goering and all were watching from a balcony above but turned away in horror just as that picture was taken. It spoiled their whole day.
