What do you see?

what do you see

Every time I catch this out of the corner of my eye when walking on Toronto Ave. in the early morning, I always think there is some large creature stalking through the woods, or an ogre carrying a stick and rushing somewhere.  When the crows are really being vocal, I see a gigantic crow or raven.  It gets my attention every time.  What do you see?

  1. look at the. Top ! I see a Lynx face, it’s a Lynx wearing a large black cape ……or it could be a big black plastic bag brought by the wind and stuck in the tree. I prefer the Lynx.
Anyway, an interesting, great photo !

    1. Hey it’s the Blair witch!! Actually looks ( from that angle) like a camouflaged terrorist with a gun.

  3. Great to see other people’s imaginations at work. Actually, it is the root system of an uprooted tree. The tree is at the bottom right of the photo, extending from under his cape. I had to walk into the wood and up to it before I could see what it really was.

  4. Legend of sleepy hollow? Took a strong wind to bring this to life – we used to have and oak strand out west that looked like lambs walking in a row when looked at from a certain angle…:-) Dave & Kim 🙂
