Ridiculous! As women strive for equal treatment, this works directly against them and productivity of a business in general. I bet the Chinese and Indians, whom the west competes with, would never go this way!

Men, who have never had one probably shouldn’t respond, however, having had them for many years, I can say that a day or two, three max might not be a bad idea for women who need it. It can be brutal for some women, and they may not be overly productive or easy to be around during the worst of it. Believe me, if men had periods, they would have demanded this years ago.
