The book is titled Storming Ashore and was published by the Gloucester Daily Times after the October 30th, 1991 no-name storm. The focus of this batch of photos is to show the extensive property damage to homes along the Atlantic side of Cape Ann.

Kelly, We still have copies left. They are $15 each. I left a few with the front desk recipionist. If you are still interested, you can pick it during business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Times is at 36 Whittemore St.

I remember so well. We’ve been remarkably lucky here since that storm in 1991. The damage on the Gloucester / Rockport Atlantic shoreline was phenomenal !
