Years ago when that house at Goose Cove causeway was a summer home, one of my friends lived there. He contemplated using styrofoam insulation under the floor but after some discussion we all decided that might be a mistake.

That’s my house! Actually only had a little water seep in by the garage and the sump pumps took care of it no problem…

Oh cool! I always wondered if water was getting inside! It’s scary close to the house some tides. I always look to see how high when I drive by everyday. Thanks for responding and letting us know whats up!
