However creative it is, I find it unfortunate to put Brian Williams next to Honest Abe. Perhaps some of Abe’s integrity will rub off onto him?

Allan Pinkerton served as head of the Union Intelligence Service in 1861–1862. He later also the well know Pinkerton Detective Agency. Major General John Alexander McClernand, who resigned his office in Congress, led his troops for the duration of the Civil War.
