Thanks so much Patti for all the background information re “carry in carry out.” You convinced me when you said that there were formerly 40 barrels on Good Harbor Beach, and that all that trash did not get recycled. I think I speak for multitudes in thanking you for your tireless devotion to keeping Gloucester clean!
