I guesstimate 1890 to 1900. I base that on the clothing and the road, that looks like it carries carriages, not automobiles.

What a great picture! David Montgomery says, “Too bad the photographer didn’t turn around and take a picture of where the boatyard is today.” Of course, when this picture was taken, Nick Montgomery hadn’t started building boats there yet. The house is now the home of our neighbors, the Healeys.
