Video: Time Lapse Parade of Sails Through Gloucester Inner Harbor

The taller ships start appearing around 1:50, but I liked seeing all the smaller boats, too. Look for the Stanley Thomas lobster boat closer to the beginning. After the Parade I walked out onto the rocky ledge near the Eastern Point Lighthouse, but as you can see in the second-to-last clip, a thunderstorm was on the way and I had to skedadle.

Beautiful Event to film-to many of us, Gloucester is our “somewhere over the rainbow.”

Sista Felicia Thanks-

Thank you Maurizio Pasquale for making my dream of dancing the night away a reality

_DSC2298

Maurizio’s  music from start to finish was Perfecto! The quality of his sound in the ball room was amazing crystal clear. The collection of music he personally selected to turn the Gala into exactly what I had requested,  A jammin dance party, was awesome!. He creatively combined American and Italian music that kept the dance floor backed all night! You can see the fun energy his music created in  the photos. Gala guest are raving about the food, and the fun they had on the dance floor. Maurizio’s I personally thank you for making it a night to remember.

If anyone is looking for an professional DJ who has years of experience, knows how to play the crowd and keep them happy, and a pleasure to do business with this is the guy you want at your next event!

Full Steam Ahead!

Hi Joey,

We were out for a row the other night at dusk and we came across the Gloucester Gig Rowers having a ‘meeting’ just off of Ten Pound Island.  I snapped this picture as they headed back into the harbor.

Enjoy!

So much fun at Schooner Festival

Saturday may have been a little cloudy but nothing can take away from the beauty of the schooners and the excitement of this weekend. Rick and I also took a ride on the Ms. Jillian, great way to spend a couple of hours.

Parade of Sails

Started out overcast then started to rain, but just as I was ready to head for cover, the sun came out and the coyote jumped for joy.  So beautiful to see all those schooners.
