Thanks Chet! I didn’t know the Goose Cove Bridge had a wooden plank surface, like the Annisquam Bridge in the old days. Was it a draw bridge, with larger boats in the cove?

Nope, Fred. Just a plank bridge. The original opening, to the south of the present one, reportedly did have a draw.
