I thought this was an interesting sight to share : located in the midst of Southern Iceland’s lava fields, seemingly endless rows of Cod drying on wooden racks.

Well, from what I see in Janet’s post, it’s Iceland. They’re drying the cod the way we used to do on Stage Fort in 1623. They surely caught and dried cod dried the fish this way before that time.
