If you haven’t taken a stroll in downtown Gloucester at night, I highly recommend it. Several of the historic buildings are beautifully lit, including our city hall.

In order to appreciate the symmetry of the building, you really need to walk a ways down the path between the library and the old school building (now apartments).

Well, while it is lovely, I would like to know if it is energy/cost effective to be having all of these lights on all night. Does the City Admins track that sort of thing?
