Santa Cruz, as another video states, the whales are after anchovies. Doesn’t really matter which harbor, There is Danger below and proper respect should be show.

I’m pretty sure it’s a video from Smith Cove, Rocky Neck. Seen a few whales feeding there from the NorthShore ART ass. Parking Lot.
