For two years now I have been trying to get the full moon rising on the Rockport breakwater to no avail.
1) Only two days a month are good.
2) It can be cloudy.
3) I can be off island.
I’m trying to get #3 taken care of but my wife thinks that my kids need a college education. Drat.
