Peaceful end of a busy work day

My View of Life on the Dock

There were at least 13 seals out at Brace Cove on Sunday.
They were very content sleeping and resting on the rocks.

From Magnolia Pier at low tide.

Went to Singing Beach on Wednesday and almost blew away. It was very pretty but cold.

Snow on the rocks reminds me of marshmallow on a hot fudge sundae.

The light was so pretty on Sunday, this photo is only the waves and blue ocean but it was glowing. Grateful

Love going to visit the seals a distance. Wish it was a clearer day but love these beautiful sea mammals.

With the snow and pretty clouds made a nice walk.

Went out to the Chasm as the sun was going down, beautiful sounds coming from the ocean as the ocean was getting rougher.

As we are practicing social distancing and staying safe, always need to get outside and enjoy our beautiful area where we live.

As I got there was told there were four deer swimming from Kettle Island and got caught up in the current and were tired. Three were able to swim towards Magnolia Beach, this poor one, people thought she may be the mom, was stuck in the rocks with the current. The Environmental Police, Gloucester Police and Animal Control were trying to help. The Environmental police officer stated that because the tide was coming in hopefully she could get herself back on Shore. Also I must add, there were three young boys on the rocks named Theo, Kellen and Owen who were so kind and very helpful to the Environmental police. Hope this deer is ok.

The clouds on Thursday were really pretty.
