My View of Life on the Dock
Some people will never take a picture like this in their lifetime. Getting up at 3:45AM seven days a week isn’t much fun but I feel pretty blessed to be able to experience scenes like this.

I went down to the GMHC this morning to take some pics for you. Some of the Spirit of Massachusetts and the American Eagle. We used to unload the American Eagle when it was a dragger owned by Joe Piscatello. I can’t tell you how much whiting we unloaded from that boat in the early eighties. They did an unbelievable transformation to turn it into a schooner.

This morning I got some video of the seine boat crews getting ready to practice for the races. Talk about lousy conditions to have to train in. The energy is going to be off the charts when we finally get some nice weather.
