The Great Gloucester Burger Wars-
Hey Joe, Dean Salah from George’s Coffee Shop, I’d like to throw my Anadama Burger into the mix of your requests for great burgers. I believe you posted a picture a while back. Your site is just exploding in popularity, quite impressive. I look forward to it daily in my e-mail inbox. Keep up the good work!!! Dean

After I left to get back down the dock FOB Frank Ciolino took extra footage at Tucker’s Farm Family Diner Of The Three Stooge’s Challengers
I’m on a mission to discover the best burgers in town. We’ve brought you Passports yesterday. Today we have The Manor on Essex Ave. If you would like to send in your picture of a local burger, try to include the receipt. Leave a comment here and we will get it posted.
Today this comes from Cathy Tarr-
Here you go! I may be a little biased, but The Manor does a darn good burger – cheese (choice of 3), bacon, lettuce, tomato and cooked just right – medium rare. The bun is just right – not overwhelming, but sturdy enough to support the juicy burger. The price is for the plate, including the seasoned fries.

I’d been to Five Guys in Naples a couple of times but never paid attention to the price as we were on vacation and when we’re on vacation I tend not to obsess over saving money.
Here is the burger I got yesterday morning at 11:00AM I was the 21st ticket of the day. The first video will be posted at 8:00AM

$7.25 and very tasty at The West End Grille. I got one early in the evening of the Block Party. No line- zipped in and zipped out

Cliff Rideout- the only man, woman or child to finish the Three Stooge Challenge. For his outstanding achievement in competitive eating Cliff gets his name emblazoned on a plaque and the $8.50 meal was on the house.
The one thing I noticed about Cliff was that when he was in eating mode he zoned out everything around him and he went into an almost zen like eating mode. It was like a machine- fork to mouth- fork to mouth- fork to mouth. Steady stroke and even pace brought him the title.
Congrats champ!
It took two spachelas (sp?) to turn one pancake but master chef David performed the flip perfectly every time. I think it was all in the wrist action.
