OPEN CASTING CALL Auditions for future play productions at RST

Saturday, December 8 from 2-5pm

BOSTON COMEDIAN DAVE RUSSO (and possibly friends) is at RST for Two shows!

Saturday, December 8.  Shows at 7:30pm & a LATE SHOW at 9:45pm

$20 ticket price

Tickets available on our website  or at the door on Dec. 8.  Cash or check preferred.

We’re hoping to get a decent crowd to be able to bring him back a couple times a year for shows combining himself and local comedians (and possibly some of his Boston comedian friends that may be working in the area)

Experience Nia movement to music of the 1970’s Thursdays at 10:15 AM at MAGMA

Join us as we groove to the crazy music of the 1970’s. We will put the choreography of our latest routine, AYA, to new music, including songs from Queen, ABBA, Bee Gees, Elton John, Stevie Knicks and more.  The focus of the routine is stability and peace man!  See you on the 70’s dance floor for an hour of no-impact, cardiovascular movement and fun!

Classes are held at the MAGMA (Movement Arts Gloucester MA) on Thursday mornings at 10:15 AM.   MAGMA Building Access: You may find MAGMA by either entering the building on the Pleasant St. side or via the Main St. entrance.  The elevator is accessed by the Main St. door.  Walk to the rear of the arcade and take the elevator to 5th floor and walk through the gymnastics space.

We are previewing a fantastic Deck Your Halls Art Show featuring local Cape Ann artists.  seArts is partnering with us and we will have over 90 works of art for sale in our Gorton’s Schooner Gallery.  Christmas Trees and Wreaths will be sold on The Dory Shop Deck.  Come early, they will not last.  There will be food and beverages as well as 20%* off most of our items.

DIY Pop-Up Crafts Shop:  the Icehouse becomes a gift-making workshop as we rollout so many fun DIY gift ideas.  Bring your creative hat as we offer up paint your own buoy ornament keepsake, fish printing a signature MG bag, bead earings, paper sailor hats, decorate your purchased wreath and more! This is a fun way to make your own special gifts and have some hot cider or cocoa while you work.

Cape-Ann Crafts Pop-Shop:  Local Cape Ann vendors are bringing their wares so that you can select that perfect little gift.  Our small pop-up shop is chock full of great goodies for stockings and under the tree.

Santa In A Dory Picture Stop:  That’s right!  Santa is rowing his dory to the pier and setting up so that you can get that perfect christmas card moment!

Christmas Trees and Wreaths Sale:  The Dory Shop opens its doors for Christmas Tree and wreaths.  Come get your hands on a hot cider or cocoa while our staff helps you pick out your tree and load it on your car.

The Maritime Museum Shop:  Still not finding enough for your gift-giving needs?  Well look no further than our fantastic Museum Gift Shop, loaded with so many good toys, books, gifts and treasures.  Your hardest decision will be which to buy first!
