Before Sunset

My View of Life on the Dock

Took a walk on Wednesday around Clark Pond to Magnolia, such a pretty winter day.

Gloucester’s very talented artist Amy Kerr sent me the next couple of events for the I Am More Project.
Dear I Am More subjects,
I’m starting to prep for the next exhibit at South Shore Plaza in Braintree (flyer attached). We’re going to be taking down Holyoke and putting up SSP in one day, so the dates to see the exhibit are March 14-April 9.

Because there are now 40 of you, and an exhibit with the display panels can only include 20, I’m going to be mixing you up at each location. This will be based on people who live closest to the exhibit, and as much diversity as possible in the subject matter. You have all been included in one of the last two exhibits at Northshore and Holyoke, so the South Shore Plaza exhibit will include:
We are able to hang portraits simultaneously in locations that do not require the panels, so if you know of schools, libraries, non-profits, businesses, healthcare facilities who might host a display of 1-20 portraits that you could help facilitate, let me know.
Upcoming press includes the April issue of Northshore Magazine, and it sounds like Fox 25 might be doing a piece from the South Shore Plaza exhibit.
Enjoy these last cold days of winter!
Thank you Amy Kerr

It is always pretty after a snow storm. The sunset was pretty with the glow of the Boston skyline and a plane coming into Logan.

Love where we live
On Wednesday went over to Good Harbor Beach. The temperature was almost 70 degrees. Again New Englanders can adapt very quickly to weather changes. Love the photo of people in the ocean and someone talking to them in a parka.

Amazing how we adapt to the weather here in New England. Freezing one day and the next day (55 degrees) everyone was out and about.

These metals will be at the Manchester Historical Museum Spring Art Show. The opening reception will be on March 6, 2022 from 2:00 -6:00 at 10 Union Street Manchester by the Sea, through closing reception Saturday, April 9, 10 -2. Thank you Cape Ann Giclee for the metal prints.

Love visiting my friends over at Marshalls Farmstand. The alpacas love to come over to say hi,, the beautiful large horse Stratton is so affectionate and gentle.

Walking Magnolia Beach on Friday I was waiting for sunset, the wind was howling and very cold. But again the pre sunset did not disappoints.

Its been a busy week and its only Wednesday! Step one of the permitting process with the City of G is complete. New marketing materials have been ordered to send out to prospective vendors. And registration forms have been submitted for Wellfest2022 at the Cape Ann YMCA. Oh…. and!!! New FARM Alert! Our vendor application season has only just begun and BAM! New FARM! Looking forward to seeing what the folks at Twin Birch Farm, Ipswich, MA have in store for us this summer! I love this time of year!

Went to Singing Beach on Wednesday and almost blew away. It was very pretty but cold.
