The Gloucester Meetinghouse Foundation Presents

Please find attached a Press Release and Poster for the third annual
Cape Ann Classic Cars on the Green event, which is a free, family-friendly
event.  The car registration and free-will donations will benefit for the ongoing $300K

restoration of the Meetinghouse tower and draws distinctive vintage cars from owners
on the North Shore.  The Audience chooses the trophy winners from nine categories,
including Best in Show.

At the end of day on Thursday took a walk out to Rafe’s Chasm.  It is always so pretty out there.  Noticed how the sun is going down earlier and the leaves are falling but so nice.

The Bellissimo Family of Hesperus Avenue appreciate how much small businesses drive the economy. In an effort to help direct travelers to the businesses of Magnolia Village, Bill and Jean Bellissimo restored the nostalgic sign that is pictured below with their three boys. This sign stood in this exact location for decades and hopefully will remain for years to come. What a great gesture by a local family showing support for local businesses. With the help of a great team from the City of Gloucester Department of Public Works, the restored sign was put back in place today

As I was driving by Little River on Wednesday, noticed the tide was mid tide and a beautiful Heron showed me its spendor.

Race Day is just 4 days away!!!!!! I know the entire committee is super excited!!
On Race Day drivers must arrive by between 10:30 and 11am. Your car number will be written on your pit space. Each driver will be weighed in and will have 1 practice run!
Races kick off at High Noon.
Lots of new racers this year which is super exciting.
Classic Cooks will be joining us again this year offering Family friendly food and beverages. Bring your appetites their food is delicious!
We also are partnering with Pauline Bresnahan and team on the Women to Women Donation drive which supports women serving in active duty. There will be a donation box on Race day . Please consider bringing a donation.
