Sista Felicia Cooked It All But I’m Taking Credit For The Greatest Pasta Dish Every Assembled.

Here’s the move- You make fettuccini alfredo with fresh ricotta from Sclafani’s and then you top it with meaty Bolognese sauce and then top with super sharp grated parmesan.

Cut the damn check!

Outrageous.

Some Personal NewsNews from the office of Rep. Ann-Margaret Ferrante

Dear friends, colleagues, and constituents –

I am writing to share some personal news. Upon being recently diagnosed with a medical issue, I began to undergo treatment from an experienced team of doctors at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I am fortunate to be working on a path to recovery with a highly-skilled group of medical professionals and I am confident in their care. I want you to know I am deeply grateful for my family and friends who are providing me great support and comfort at this time and I have been incredibly touched by your prayers and well wishes.

I remain deeply committed to the people of the Fifth Essex District and my work as Vice Chair of the Ways & Means Committee. I have been working closely with Speaker Mariano and Chairman Michlewitz on economic development and the post-COVID economic recovery. As always, the needs of my district are paramount in my mind. Our office continues to operate as usual and remains open to constituent concerns, as it always has been. You can always reach out to my office for constituent service needs by contacting my staff at 617-722-2370. My staff continues to work with the rest of the Cape Ann delegation to advocate for our communities. For all inquiries not related to official legislative business, please contact Carolyn Stewart at 978-314-1381 or Sheila Capone-Wulsin at 617-717-8909.

I appreciate your discretion during these times. The most valuable gift I can receive right now is one of prayer and friendship.

Ann Margaret

Free COVID Pop Up Testing Event This Wednesday in the ELKS Parking Lot

The Gloucester ELKS and TableBoost are pleased to jointly announce a morning of free COVID Testing in the ELKS Parking Lot at 101 Atlantic Road in Gloucester on Wednesday, March 24th from 9:00am until 1:00pm, or until testing kits run out.

When you get to the ELKS Lodge, you will be given a test kit for you and anyone else with you.  Each kit has a nasal swab, a vial to put the sample in, and a form to fill out including insurance information.  The tests are to be self-administered while staying in your car, and will be collected by volunteers as you exit the parking lot.  Results will be available within 48 to 72 hours via email or text.

“TableBoost is very pleased to be working with the ELKS to provide these valuable COVID tests to the community at no charge.  Although most of us are starting to feel very hopeful that this pandemic is nearing its end, the number of new cases is still high and people are still getting infected so we need to keep testing to keep our community safe.”  said TableBoost CEO Tim Collins.

Adds Gloucester ELKS Exalted Ruler Brenda Leahy, “We think that as businesses open back up, COVID testing will remain important for our community.  So watch for more free pop up testing dates over the next few months.”

There is no out of pocket fee, but the Lodge is recommending a $10 per person donation.  And to save time, you can download the test form to complete it before arriving.

About TableBoost

TableBoost’s facilities management app saves hospitality business thousands of $$ per year on equipment repair, maintenance and purchases while increasing customer satisfaction, streamlining staff communications, and increasing productivity and engagement.
