Horses Are Profoundly Grounding

by Angel Wings Wellness

There’s something profoundly grounding about being in the presence of horses.

On a beautiful boutique farm in Ipswich, Massachusetts, Equine Assisted Wellness Sessions offer a chance to slow down, reconnect, and experience the healing power of mindful connection—with horses, nature, and yourself.

These sessions are not about riding or horsemanship. They are about presence, emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and discovering what horses can teach us about trust, boundaries, and authentic connection.

In the peaceful setting of our private farm, you’ll be invited into guided experiences designed to connect, relieve stress, find a sense of calm. Horses have an incredible ability to reflect what we carry and help us return to center.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving a deeper sense of calm, this is an opportunity to reset in a truly unique and meaningful way.

Now welcoming individuals seeking wellness, clarity, and connection in a serene farm setting in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

Wednesday at the Topsfield Fair

Posted on by Donna Ardizzoni

Rick and I took Wednesday off to go to the Topsfield Fair.  A perk to getting older is getting a senior discount at the Fair.  Been going to the Fair for years and what is reassuring it never changes.  It does add some features.  Essex Agricultural and Technical had a new event.  It was excellent.   Audrey’s Florist had a beautiful exhibit and won a ribbon.  Seaview Farms was there as well. Melissa Cox received 1st Prize for her photo with the Red Stairs.  My favorite are the Belgium Draft Horses.
