From street punches, to a delicious rum punch, this is River City Rum Punch, inspired by the classic Nintendo game, River City Ransom.
This delicious cocktail features Privateer Rum. It’s one of the first gaming cocktails | created, and it helped start my relationship with a local distillery, that was wiling to take a chance on me, featuring their products on social media. More than ten videos later, that connection has become a friendship, and we’re still raising a glass together!
RIVER CITY RUM PUNCH
2 Oz. Privateer New England Reserve Rum
2 Dashes Orange Bitters
1/2 Oz. Ginger Syrup
1/2 Oz. Lemon Juice
1 Oz. Pineapple Juice
Add Ice & Shake!
Strain into Highball Glass, with new ice.
Garnish: Flame 🔥 Lemon Zest!
