Hi Joey!
Contacting you regarding a couple of upcoming events in Gloucester. PAWSitive Pantry (www.pawsitivepantry.org) is a nonprofit volunteer group that provides pet food to food pantries and other social service agencies like Meals on Wheels etc, in MA and VT. We work with many animal shelters to distribute the food where it is needed most, and we will be having a pet food drive outside the Eastern Ave Shaw’s in Gloucester on April 24 from 11-2. The food raised will be distributed between our partner Cape Ann Animal Aid and also The Open Door food pantry, which we support with pet food as we are able. There is also a rescue reunion event at Cape Ann Animal Aid on June 18, which we will have a table at to raise awareness and funds for PAWSitive Pantry. This should be a fun community event!

I stumbled upon this while looking through Facebook MarketPlace the other day. It seems that a family gave away their “gramp’s” favorite red velvet armchair and is now really wishing that they hadn’t. I know Gloucester isn’t super close to Haverhill, but I wanted to share here on GMG just in case. Below is what was written in the ad along with the photos that they posted. Here is the link to the ad on Facebook Market Place:
Haverhill: GRANDSON SEEKING GRANDFATHER’S Lost Red Chair. No, NOT selling
Hi everyone! A couple years ago when my Dad passed away we were cleaning out the house on Broadway in Ayers Village, Haverhill MA. Not thinking we put Gramp’s Red velvet armchair out on the front lawn. Now of course we would love to have it, hindsight is 20/20! Just hoping maybe a local might have grabbed the chair and maybe would give me the opportunity to BUY it Back 😊 Feel free to shoot me a message if I’m lucky enough to have found you. *PLEASE SHARE EVERYWHERE* #findtheredchair It was close to Salem NH line.

We happened to be on the Boulevard when we heard the warning bells that the bridge was going up. It was our first outgoing boat parade of the season: Lyndon Johnson, Newfie Star and Hurricane Indie! And so it continues………

Wait a minute it is always beach time for me.

Taken for granite…

The grass is growing, the birds are chirping, and most importantly Yella on the Water is opening for our fourth season on April 7th! Come celebrate with us by enjoying a thoughtfully crafted meal and drink on our heated patio, or in our cozy dining room. Now accepting reservations via our website, www.yellagrille.com, or find us on Resy. We look forward to seeing you again soon!”

Current Nia Routine: Bailando

This is a great, semi original Nia routine, to the beat of Latin music. Of course I have substituted in a few other pieces of music as I am want to do. All about the hips and shoulders. Come join us and find your inner Charrrrrro!
Moving to Heal Thursdays at 1:30 PM

Moving to Heal Nia is a slower, less intensive class with less standing and more done in the chair. Great for people with injuries or conditions that make it hard to participate in a classic Nia class. Also good for people getting back into exercise. For more info on Moving to Heal, see the info and videos on my web site or click here
Restorative Yoga

Chasing.
Always chasing the next story.
Trying to stay ahead for our viewers. And the news cycle just keeps coming like the tide, unrelenting.
Every morning I know I need at least 8 different posts to fill for the day. The good part is that it keeps me in a creative state which keeps me sane.
