  1. I was amazed, too, at no traffic at 9:00 am on a July Saturday with temps forecasted to be high 90’s. The downside of this is the revenue the city will miss. Residents don’t pay parking fees, so without the non resident ticketing and parking fees, the revenue the city saw last Sunday is history!!
