This is FOB Aileen from Glenmont NY. That’s very funny about Pat getting berated for her NY license plates. This has happened to my husband and me too. One time we were stopped at a stop sign and a passing motorist hollered out “Go back to New York”!! We did have a positive NY plate experience once though. The firemen were collecting donations on the Boulevard and Sefatia was helping them. As I put my donation in, I said to her “We’re from New York, but we love Gloucester”. She replied “And Gloucester loves New York”! Gotta love it!!

Very good and interesting podcast – I really enjoying all the fun and laughing on air makes the spirit flow and glow.
The post above by FOB Aileen spot on this type of situation does happen nation-wide. The plate issue is a good place to practice the “Verbal Judo” (Judo=Gentle way). Or as the old Native saying goes there is a reason for two eyes, two ears, and only one mouth hmmm…Use the two ears as a in and out, pass through hard I know…
Many people for example do not realize that military serving in another state do not have change plates registration due to state compacts nation-wide. And so many that now live there but have yet to change plate, registration many states that is 30 days.
