This is a truly classic doo-wop song by Sha Na Na, from their little-known 1972 album “The Night is Still Young”. Great melody, great falsetto, and great bass vocal by Jon “Bowzer” Bauman. This one was written by “Screaming” Scott Simon! This oldies song was written at a time when Nixon was not exactly the most loveable character. A great oldie, any way you spin it. Hope you enjoy. Thank you Mr. Simon and Sha Na Na! Produced by Jeff Barry. What they sang is true… Rock & Roll will never die!!
