Wow great job here!
I have been told a lot of these types of beach houses have been converted to year round housing…Could always tell when spring and summer were upon us that way return of the beach houses May through the start of fall end of august when school started! And also meant return of many friends and roaming times around the coast and beaches with 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
P.S. There were many north of break wall in Lanesville accessed by a dirt road think around 10 or more then…And boarded and shuttered up for the off season…
