  1. Love these kinds of schools houses – reminds me of the view from the old Lanesville school house up on Washington Street (Muncey lane close by), and now a park! Us kids 6 or 7 then during summer months torn down brought in a crane with a ball! We helped the crew sort items remove nails from wood, sort the lead weights from windows helped pull them up and down with rope on pulley in frame of window base and they paid us to help them great supple of comics, Learner’s root beer and Wise potato chips from Fred Sarri’s store or Kenny’s supermarket down off tucker street directly across 🙂 Dave

    P.S. Even had some in the piggy bank at house too! 🙂
