They are doing a bang up job – my uncle worked for DPW as plow driver in 1950’s -1960’s rest in peace Richard McNeil & Scotty McNeil my cousin. always a beep and wave we saw him! He is out under the covered bridges he loved so much in Seaside off Langfords street according to his wife in letter to me!:-) Dave
