Fort Square Café formula for fishcakes
- Take a short walk down the street to a just-arrived dragger
- Select a couple large hake from the top of the catch
- Wait a minute for a crewmember to fillet the fish
- Hand over the fillets to Heidi at the Fort Square Café
- Enjoy another cup of Rusty’s coffee as you wait for breakfast
- Note that the spuds are on the side – not in the fishcake
- Enjoy. You won’t be needing lunch after this breakfast
