And my Uncle Jack rode with Teddy Roosevelt San Juan hill 1898 (What a character too), gave us kids what we wanted we mom left us with him down off main street close to police station 60’s and mom raised the dickens with him – hot dogs cooked in lard – bacon grease. Then later he moved over on the hill by the Gloucester high school as I remember going to the base ball field when playing ball for Ward 7 home field was plum cove field then go across the street and take a dip too! 🙂 Dave & Kim 🙂
