  1. How about a Chess Day on Thacher Island next summer? Get the kids out for an adventure on the island and set up a few boards in the boathouse and at the camp grounds under the pavilion. Contact the Thacher Island Association to see if that’s possible.

    1. See if you can make it happen. We are the August Keeper’s on TI and will work with you anyway we can. Also, trying to get some young Rockport musicians on the island for a day or two. We need more different young groups to become interested in the island.
