Join Az One Trio & Lise Breen in a Special event Commemorating African-American History

The Az One Trio returns in a festive service at Gloucester Unitarian Universalist Church, on Sunday, February 9th,  Commemorating African-American History in Gloucester with special speaker Lise Breen. The Boston-based Az One Trio, will provide the service music and lead the congregation in hymn-singing with their unique sound, combining musical influences of Jazz, Gospel and Broadway. Among the selections they will perform are “I’m Here” from Broadway musical The Color Purple, “I Open My Mouth To The Lord,” and “Wade In The Water.” Ms. Breen’s sermon is “To Light the Fires: A Sketch of The Daltons, Black Citizens of Gloucester and the World.”
