What a neat story and interview! Great work by all, including Mr. Simoes. BTW, I’ve had the privilege of watching the Burke’s linguica process, and also the devouring of linguica sandwiches & red wine after! Terrific Portuguese sausage!

Great Video. I remember my grandfather making Linguiça at his home on Linnet Place back in the forties. It was great. Wish I had his recipe.

I may be related to these guys!! My great grandparents came from the Azores and according to a 1940 Census they lived on Linnet Place!!! It would be pretty cool to find out if we are related so that i can piece together my family history.
