  1. I miss the stairs. I hope there is a pedestrian way up from the lot. It was fun to climb to then gasp at the view at the top–and not because we were out of breath. I would love to see some great murals on the courthouse walls.

  2. This may be the other reason for contruction: Among other things, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ensures access to the built environment for people with disabilities. The ADA Standards establish design requirements for the construction and alteration of facilities subject to the law. These enforceable standards apply to places of public accommodation, commercial facilities, and state and local government facilities.
