A beautiful place indeed! My grandfather, Timothy F Holloran and his partner Ezra Phillips were the architects for Stacy House. In the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, Phillips and Holloran designed many buildings in Gloucester, including many residences, Main Street stores and schools (Beeman Memorial, East Gloucester, Veteran’s Memorial, additions to Gloucester High School) They designed alterations to Ben Curcuru’s home, I believe that was your grandfather, Joey? We have donated all of the drawings from my grandfather’s office to the Gloucester Historical Society, so they are available to anyone.
