I’m curious as to why this site has remained untouched for decades. It is in a prime location but I speculate the tool and die business must have left some pretty nasty chemicals in the ground or in the building that would cost too much to clean up. I can’t be the first person to wonder about this so I figure that must be a well known answer I can’t find.
