New foundation being poured at Cruiseport Gloucester. I wonder what the new building will house.

I don’t know why the building wasn’t angled to face the outer harbor but I’m sure the people that designed it are much smarter than me and must have had a reason for it.

  1. This is going to be where the restaurant Port of Call will go…..it’s going to transfer and the restaurant now will be provisions for the cruise ships.
