All Six Condos on Former Amelia’s Site SOLD on 4/22/19

GLOUCESTER, MA –  McDermott & MacCarthy of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, has successfully marketed and sold all six luxury units, known as Good Harbor Beachside Condominiums, to one investor. Located directly across from Gloucester’s well-known Good Harbor Beach, Good Harbor Beachside Condominiums is a new construction development on the former site of Amelia’s Restaurant. Bob and Sue McDermott and Kenny MacCarthy, who live on Cape Ann and serve clients on Massachusetts’ North Shore, sold all six units for $5.5 million to The Brennan Group, a Boston-based real estate investment and development firm. According to public records, the trade took place on 4/22/19.

10,000 people turn 65 in the US every day. This trend is going to continue for the next 20 years. Our demographics are shifting, and we now have more elder people in the US than ever before. Every year an estimated 5 million, or 1 in 10, older Americans are victims of elder abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
