Most bloggers will tell you that without people commenting or giving feedback they would probably end up not putting as much back into their blog.   You see without feedback you don’t know if people are into the blog, what they like, dislike or how the blog can improve.

Blog Viewing Lesson #2

Today’s lesson is how to use the category links at the bottom of the page to find things that may interest you.

99% of the posts that I put up I place into a category or a couple categories. It takes a little extra time but as far as cataloging Gloucester and the blog itself for the future it pays incredible dividends.  If I ever stopped posting people could use categories or the search function to find just about anything in Gloucester that I’ve posted in the past.

So for example if you are interested in lobster, you scroll to the bottom of this page and click on the word in the category section that says lobster and every post that I’ve ever put up that has to do with lobster will come up from the date closest to now back in time.  There are other categories such as “eats” which contains all the food pictures from Gloucester restaurants, or pics from our kitchen.
